We have an experienced staff of inspectors can provide services at your location, our location, or a customer site on any shift. We have experience with injection molded plastics, castings, stampings, rubber, machined surfaces, assemblies and packaging. Even if your need for support is for just one suspect shipment, our inspectors can provide support with visual and/or dimensional checks using conventional measuring equipment or utilizing your gauges. We are able to provide client specific reports, create written or photo work instructions when not available from our customers. .

We provide custom solutions to sorting and inspection services.

Inspect parts/products/packaging, accept parts with acceptable (conforming) requirements and reject defective (non-conforming) parts
Verify specified dimensions of product or material and record results
Perform procedures to part/products after inspection
Document number of parts worked for the project, non-conforming parts, and time worked on that project

On-Site Representation

Whether you are experiencing issues with an existing project, or are rolling out a new project, we can assist you by providing on-site representation and liaison services. We can be your eyes and ears at your customer’s location and can represent your interests when issues arise. Our staff are professional and courteous and will communicate with you during every phase of a project. Many of our customers are surprised at how cost-effective and convenient our representation services are compared to maintaining or dispatching their staff on-site.

Containment

When an OEM mandates a third-party inspection, We understand that offering reliability and continuity is most important to isolate non-conforming product at a supplier facility. We understand the critical nature of a 100% sort prior to the product reaching its final destination. If needed, We can assist with securing warehouse locations convenient to the intended shipping route to relieve floor congestion at clients site.

Rework

We provide timely product rework services with minimal notice. Reworked products can be returned to conforming status, saving our clients time and money. We are equipped with standard equipment for grinding, filing, trimming, and de-burring. We also have the skills to design the process and develop the instructions. Procedures and tooling may also be provided by the client.

We can provide light assembly services at our location or yours. We have the internal capability to support pneumatic tools and fixtures, along with manual processes.
