Services consist of dedicated or contractual handyman services, demolition, rehab's, remodeling, tenant make-readies, working with city, state and private organization inspector's in order to obtain valid occupancy permits, working with utility companies for getting services turned on, assisting tenants with move-in and move-out, lock change, key management, conveyance preparation, property winterization and boardups.

Additional services include: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, appliance installation and removal, carpet and tile removal and installation, roofing, siding, gutter's, fascia and soffit repair and installation, cleaning and hauling, lawncare, landscaping and retaining walls and much, much more!

Project Management Services
Schellhardt's Residential & Commercial Services also provides project management support on larger projects, corporate move's and apartment or condominium conversions. We will assist in all aspects of the project to keep it on schedule and within budget.
